Their journey began at Cleveland's legendary independent radio station WCSB 89.3 FM, where they served as General Manager and resident DJ before founding Over The Hump Radio (OTH Radio). Originally launched as a radio show, OTH Radio has evolved into a respected platform dedicated to spotlighting electronic music, local talent, and underground culture, serving as a trusted resource that connects artists, promoters, and listeners throughout Northeast Ohio and beyond.

Outside of performing, Le Schlippy remains deeply invested in cultivating Cleveland's electronic music community. They founded Phase:Zero, a techno-focused artist collective dedicated to creating immersive, dancefloor-centered events while fostering safe, inclusive spaces for artistic expression and community building. They also co-host a monthly Open Decks night at Cleveland's legendary Crobar, mentoring emerging DJs, encouraging collaboration, and helping strengthen the city's underground music culture.
