Send your press kit

This page is for DJs. If you run a venue or a night, start here.

Once you’re booked, the next message is usually “send me your bio, some photos and your logo”. The answer is one link. The promoter opens your page and takes what they need, and you attach nothing.

Send the link

  1. Open DJ profile, scroll to Publish and choose Copy link. The same button sits on your DJ card under Your profiles on your dashboard.
  2. Paste it into the reply. On your phone, open your page and tap Share to send it from there.
  3. Say what is on it: bio, photos, logo.

What they find

Before you startDownloading photos and the logo is included on Creator and up. Compare plans.
  • Bio — copy buttons for the short version and the full one.
  • Photos — tap any photo to open it full size; Download saves it.
  • Logo — shown on dark and on light, so they can see which works on their flyer. Download PNG gives them the file.
  • Profile link — Share and Copy link sit under your name at the top of the page, for forwarding to whoever makes the flyer.

Photos, the logo and your bio sit in the Press kit card on your page. The photo and bio controls are also where the content itself is, so someone reading your bio can copy it right there.

Photos download at the size we keep them: sized for screens and social, and fine for a flyer.

Check it workedOpen your page in a private browsing window, tap a photo and choose Download. If a file lands in your downloads, a promoter gets the same.

Keep it current

  • Put the photo you want on flyers first. It is the hero of your page and the first one in the kit.
  • Read the short bio as if you were pasting it into an event listing, because that is what happens to it.
  • If the logo only works on dark, say so in your booking notes.

If it didn’t work

There is no Press kit card. It appears once the page has a photo or a logo to offer.

The logo is missing. It follows the logo switch in your display settings: hidden on the display means off the page and out of the kit.

Download opened the photo instead of saving it. Use the browser’s own save, or long-press the photo on a phone.

What this is not

This is not a PDF, and it does not need to be. A PDF is out of date the day after you export it; the page is whatever your profile says right now. If someone insists on files, the downloads are the files.
