Join a venue’s roster
This page is for DJs. If you run a venue or a night, start here.
When you’re done, you’ll be on the venue’s list, and you will hear about their nights before they are public.
Joining
- Open the link the venue sent you, or scan their code.
- Sign in, or create an account. You can see whose roster it is before you do either.
- Choose whether to appear on their public roster, then select Join.
A share link puts you straight on the roster. An emailed invite works differently: the venue has already added you, so you are on the roster the moment you accept.
The one choice you make
Show me on the venue’s public page. On by default. It is free visibility on a page promoters look at, so most DJs leave it on. Turn it off if you would rather not advertise where you play.
We may also ask whether to publish your own profile at the same time. Say yes — a roster listing that leads to an empty page is a wasted click.
What being on a roster gets you
- You hear about a night when the venue tells its roster, usually before it goes public.
- The venue can reserve the better slots on its open decks nights for roster DJs.
- You appear on the venue page, if you left that switch on.
What you cannot see
Each venue keeps its own private notes and grades. You never see yours, and neither does anyone outside that venue. What you do see is which venues you are on.
Leaving
Open My venues and leave. It takes effect straight away and takes you off the venue page. There is no dramatic announcement. Sets you have already played stay on your record.
If it didn’t work
The link says it cannot be found. A venue can set its links to expire. Ask them for a fresh one.
You joined but the venue is not listed. Check My venues. An invite you have not accepted sits there waiting — it does not join you on its own.
