How open decks works on Hype Display

Three steps. You post the night, one link fills it, and the screen runs it while you run the room.

  1. Post the night with your slot times

    Set doors, close, and how long each DJ plays — the slot grid builds itself.

    Slot length is the setting to get right first — everything else follows from it.

  2. Share one link and the slots fill

    Send it to your DJs or post it on socials. Anyone with the link sees the open slots and claims one; when the grid fills, late names join a waitlist.

    Each slot shows its own state, so nobody has to ask you when they are on.

  3. On the night, run open decks on your display

    The display tracks the slot times and switches to the next DJ on schedule — their name, their branding, their QR. Between sets it shows who’s next, with the sign-up code for the room. Nobody stands at a laptop.

    The bar along the top fades out on its own — the room only ever sees the screen beneath it.
