Night reports and emails

This page answers what you get after a night ends, and what your DJs got without you sending it.
The night report
Every night produces a night report once it ends. Find it beside the night under Open decks.
- Which DJs played, and which claimed a slot but did not turn up.
- How many people scanned a code during the night.
- Follows and tips that came out of it.
- Which slots went first, and which never filled.
That last line is the most useful over time. If your 9pm slot always goes in an hour and the midnight one never fills, your night is telling you what shape it wants to be.
What the night sends
We send these on your behalf. You do not send any of them yourself.
- Claim confirmation — to a DJ when they take a slot, with the time on it.
- Roster invitation — to every DJ on your roster, when you choose to tell them about a night.
- Slot opened — to the DJ at the front of the waitlist, when a slot frees up.
- Reminder — to each DJ the day before.
- Starting soon — to a DJ shortly before their set.
- Night cancelled — to every DJ holding a slot, if you cancel.
- Recap — to each DJ afterwards, with what their set did.
The recap carries your venue’s name. It lands in a DJ’s inbox the morning after with proof the night was worth playing. That is the cheapest marketing in the product.
Turning them off
Open the Emails tab beside your nights and switch off any of them. Keep the reminder and the starting-soon note if you can. Those two are what stops no-shows.
